The Merco Líderes 2024 ranking has recognized Juan José Gutiérrez Mayorga, Chairman of CMI Foods, the food business group of CMI, Corporación Multi Inversiones, among the top leaders with the highest reputation in Guatemala.
This ranking, which highlights leaders and companies with the best corporate reputation, is the result of a rigorous evaluation conducted by executives, financial analysts, and journalists. The study, carried out by Merco and presented on October 30th, reflects the impact of CMI’s values and vision on Guatemala and the region.
Merco’s Methodology and Top Leaders in the Ranking
The Merco Líderes 2024 ranking was developed through a process that included 405 surveys with representatives from key sectors. Among the participants were 222 executives, 46 financial analysts, 43 economic journalists, and other influential figures such as professors and corporate communication directors (DIRCOMs).
This process helped build a list of the most recognized leaders in the country, evaluated based on strategic vision, corporate social responsibility, international presence, and ability to attract and retain talent.
Juan Luis Bosch Gutiérrez, Chairman of the Board of Directors at CMI, also ranked among the top positions, standing out as one of the most influential business leaders driving Guatemala’s development.
